2. What information we collect

When you browse the Site You can browse all house listings, tiers, and pricing without creating an account or submitting any personal information.

When you contact us If you reach out about a listing through our WhatsApp enquiry button, a contact form, phone, or email, we receive whatever you choose to share, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and details about which property you're interested in. WhatsApp enquiries are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since that conversation happens on their platform, not ours.

Technical information Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed.

Local storage The Site remembers your light/dark theme preference using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Admin/staff accounts Staff who manage house listings log in with an email and password. We store this account information, along with a log of the listings each account creates or edits, to operate the admin portal securely.

• Admin account information is kept for as long as that staff member has an active account, and removed within 5 days of account closure.
• Technical/analytics logs are retained for as long as necessary per our hosting and analytics providers' standard retention periods.
